It's week four of our 'Fall Programme' and our students are quickly settling in to Dublin and their new student lifestyles at UCD (University College Dublin) and TCD (Trinity College Dublin). Classes are in session both on campus and at the OC (O'Connell House) and even the library at the very top of this old georgian house has a growing number of visitors every day. Students are slowly blending in as locals, remembering to bring their own shopping bags to the supermarkets, bargain hunting at Moore Street fruit stalls and learning how to stop the number 10 bus on the street before it zips straight past them. They have swopped the ND dining hall and canteen meals for some good aul' student home cooking.

The programme schedule has been jam packed with events, from on-campus fresher events to our very own coffee hours, DYK Potluck dinner, the Gaelic hurling final in Croke Park and late night ND football screenings. We have visited the Burren and the Cliffs of Moher in County Clare and the island of Inis Oírr off the Galway coast.

Over the next few months we hope to keep you posted on the students exciting acclamation to life in Ireland. You'll hear from students and staff about our trips, trials and triumphs.
